Currant and Gingerer

• 4 parts Gingerella Ginger Ale
• 1 part strong earl grey tea (chilled)
• 1 part Pickled ginger juice
• 1 part Sparkling Blackcurrant
• 1/2 fresh lime
Method - Brew a strong black tea (we love earl grey for a little extra citrus) and let it chill down
Cut the corner off the pickled ginger and squeeze out only the pickling juice into a chilled glass.
Cold ingredients are best.
Squeeze lime cheek over a full tumbler of ice
Add your now chilled tea, Gingerella, ginger juice and lastly Sparkling Blackcurrant.
Stir and drink.
