Delivery

Delivery within Singapore is FREE for orders S$30 and above, otherwise a delivery charge of S$10 will apply. Orders are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of order. If there is any change to your delivery address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. 

Returns

Special care is taken to protect fragile objects and to ensure that your order is packed correctly.  Returns to us will only be permitted when the order is found to have been delivered to you incorrectly and you have notified us of the error within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace or issue a credit within 7 working days after delivery to your address. 

Claims for breakages will only be considered if you notify us upon delivery. All other claims after acceptance of goods (indicated by the Customer signing on the Delivery Order) will not be entertained.
